Same as other people have said. They cancel items in your order and do not contact you to let you know. DO NOT ORDER ONLINE GO DOWN TO THE SHOP IN PERSON AS YOU WILL GET WHAT YOU WANT

DO NOT order online!!! Terrible customer service. Half of my order was missing when it arrived. I wasn't notified that items were out of stock and would be missing, I was just notified that my parcel was on the way and it came with half of the items and still charged the same shipping fee. I had to contact Hollywood candy and ask what was going on, at which point I received a rude email, no apology or explanation, simply saying we have refunded the missing items as I wouldn't be getting them. A few moments later the refund went into my account but would I have got a refund if I didn't ask? I should have been notified and refunded immediately at the time of order. I made a complaint but just received another short, rude email. I should have read the reviews before ordering as it refers to the owner being rude and dishonest several times. *EDIT * As I am unable to respond to the owners comment..... I can assure you that my review is honest to my experience. YOU did not communicate with me regarding my order until after I contacted you once I had received it. You also did not refund my shipping fee like you make it appear. After several emails from me you agreed to refund me a THIRD of my shipping costs as a good will gesture. If I could add photos to this review of the email responses that I received and the one that I got after I wrote my review, which was not worded as politely as the response on Google, then I certainly would. But, unfortunately it won't let me. I honestly don't think that a photo is required though as the response to my review says it all about the customer service you receive. It would be better to give a polite apology for the mistakes made rather than try to cover up a bad review.
