    Me and my friends ordered a couple of cocktails and a beer we got sent the beer and then they asked us for our ID’s baring in my mind we already had one alcoholic drink and surely you’re supposed to ID first. Anyway they then got all the staff and the manager to come check our ID’s which we all had, we brought our provisionals and they were laughing and smiling don’t know what they were saying but I thought it was pretty rude. Then after about 15-20 minutes of all the hassle they then said “we don’t know if they’re real or not” which me and my friends were pretty gobsmacked at and so we just accepted what they had to say as we couldn’t be bothered arguing about it. Then instead of a cocktail I ordered a coke they got rid of the beer which is just a waste. I then asked if I could get a refund for my cocktail to be told that a cocktail is the same amount for a glass of coke which is certainly wasn’t and then they went to go check and then they said sure you can get a refund, still haven’t received this refund. As well as this all happening 3 of my friends drinks and food was all missing we had to go up to the bar to say can you please give us the rest of our order. I would like a full refund now for this terrible service we have been given and the food was absolutely awful and the staff are very unpleasant. Definitely will not be coming back here for food and drink again!!

    Nicely laid out and felt spacious in the arcade side. The lanes are closer together and had no table space for the food ordered. The booking system online was nice, with the ability to add in bowlers' names to save time when you arrive. You can scan a qr code on your lane to order food and drinks, which was a breeze, but I did take a while for the food to be brought out. Small bar area as well for drinks.

    Lots of the acrcade machines were either broken or poorly maintained. Service was good, but saw no regular cleaning going on either.
