Experience from some time ago: We walked in and booked a two games after waiting for a long time. Then the line was already occupied. Wait again and they moved us to another lane which was occupied to. At that point we had enough and ask for refund. The lady behind the counter, told us, it need to be issued from the head office, which was never done, after many emails. Nearly £60 lost. Very disappointed and will never go there again.
