This GP practice needs to start operating for the patients not the doctors again now. No NHS heroes here. Since Dr Hardie retired it is awful. I left because of how awful and didn't want to come back but I had no choice when my previous practice closed. I am a profoundly disabled in an electric wheelchair indoors and out, and in the few months I have been back I have already been put at risk by this Practice. They coudlnt' give me a phone appt for a medication review when i tried to book it weeks ago and then today cuz they had one in person that I didn't want to attend in person cuz of the unsettled weather they spoke to me like it's my fault rather than the way they are operating. It's not being run for the pateints at all. There is no actual support for the profoundly disabled leaving us at a huge disadvantage which is basically what disability discrimination is putting us at an unfair disadvantage cuz of our disability. My carer who is from an agency when I was forced back to that praictice had to attend theri twice as the first time she took my printed prescription in they said they would put it in the system and didn't. Our time is as precious as theirs. Last time i was a patient there NHS England told me I should make a formal complaint for how I was neglected by them. This time it looks to be even worse. Life is hard enough for people with profound physical disability without the people who are supposed to care for us adding even more stress. I'll soon be working from home and then I will be happy to pay for private GP treatemnt rather than continuing to be put at risk or spoken to like something is my fault when it very cldearly lies with how they are running the practice of doctors first patients last and if disabled bottom of the pile.

Awful system that clearly doesn't work, also no way to book an appointment online, quicker to go A & E and waste precious resource at the hospital

Just went for annual routine tests with a nurse. I have not seen a Doctor here for years. Appointments are as rare as hens teeth.

I have to be honest. Yes it's difficult to get through on the phones. But the doctors are exceptionally professional. And the receptionist are working the best they can in extremely challenging times

I had to move to this surgery due to a house move, in all honesty I have never had a problem with the reception staff, I do find it difficult to get an appointment though, you can go into surgery at 7am and get appointments but that's useless for someone like me that has children to get ready and get to school I can't exactly leave them for an hour to go to the surgery for 7am can I... Any way my gripe is with one doctor.... I was incredibly poorly and wanted to see a Dr ASAP as I couldn't swallow at all I had an awful rattle like cough, after eventually getting in I see the doctor whom examined me and told me it's just a virus... Your tonsils look fine... My problem?? Well I haven't had tonsils since I was 8 years old... I'm now 32 so unless they grew back I'm in total shock as to what she seen back there that looked fine?!?!?? Anyway I told her exactly what I thought and explained its also not nice to get in people's faces to examine them stinking of Garlic! Lpw and behold I came home and felt worse as the day went on... Thank god for my mother! Even at 32 your mum seems to be a nurse that fixes everything! She gave me some antibiotics that started working over the next 2 days so I clearly as I thought originally had a chest/throat infection. So yeah, my trust with Dr's isn't the greatest but is even worse after the tonsils incident... I mean really... Your tonsils look fine SMH!

Not even worth 1 star! Trying to get an appointment is absolutely impossible! You try ringing and it dosnt even put you in a Que, just rings off after about 30 seconds. I went to the practice itself to try and book after over an hour of trying to get through. They said you can not book at the surgery itself as it is unfair on the people ringing in. I would understand if their phone line has a Que, but it dosnt. It’s just who ever rings at the right time when a phone line is free. I need urgent care as what I need looking at is effecting my line of work. This is not the first time I have had to call 111 instead of going to my GP.
