Holly Road Medical Centre, probably at least a GP and/or receptionist, have delivered bad service to me. The bad service relates to an important matter and was a very straightforward referral by Holly Road Medical Centre. Also, Holly Road Medical Centre officially stated that they had offered me a copy of the referral letter, but I am absolutely certain that they did not offer me a copy of the referral letter. And, if I had been offered a copy of the referral letter, I would have known much sooner that Holly Road Medical Centre had delivered bad service to me. Also, I believe that Holly Road Medical Centre may have abused it's power in relation to me, not least because Holly Road Medical Centre may have attempted to silence me, but, if necessary, I will contact the police. Yes, Holly Road Medical Centre have delivered bad service to me and, since December 2022, two times I have given Holly Road Medical Centre one star on this platform.

This surgery is horrible! I am never taken serious with any of my concerns, they are rude and dismissive of all of my problems, I always get sent away without ever being explained what the next point of action will be or understanding what is really wrong with me. They are not interested in dealing with issues effectively, it takes me over one week to even get an appointment only to be told I have to wait another couple of months to get a referral to the hospital. Last time I called them and explained I will go and pay for a private blood test assessment but I need a letter from the doctor so they can carry out and I was told I have to wait over 2 weeks to get this if I want it. It’s ridiculous having to beg your surgery to do their job so that you can ensure you’re somewhat healthy. This surgery should definitely be investigated by NHS because they can definitely not be bothered to do their jobs. As of for the receptionists, useless and extremely rude to patients. You should be ashamed of yourselves. Only 1 star for Dr Alex who at least gets my blood checked when he believes something is wrong. That’s the only answers I can seem to get from this place.

Well you can’t give one star! I would have given one or none! The only two lovely ladies are Maria and the other lady (Thai?). The Indian one was just rude over the phone. I tried to ask a question and the tone of her voice saying ‘I don’t know’ was disgraceful. She just brushed me off and cut off without even saying goodbye. Rude! Rude! Rude!

Very disappointed from Gb Holly medical centre , very bad customer service and I have bad experience with the doctor Alex , lack of experience , lack of Head management ,no one to complain to . This GB should be investigated by NHS the way they treat the patients there are many bad reviews from patients about them . isn’t that (enough )to take action against them .
