Learnt to ride here, my first horsey experience, absolutely love it here. Lovely countryside location with facilities that caters for various levels, with the option to go on hacks as well. The instructors are lovely and the horses take good care of you. I love riding the gentle giant Billy, very patient horse despite my constant mistakes.

My little girl loves her lessons at Holly Riding School. All of the staff at the school are fabulous and really patient with the riders! The ponies/horses are all gorgeous and there's a range to suit various sizes and abilities... Bubbles is our absolute favourite (although we are a little biased 😉)

My riding has improved massively since starting at Holly’s riding school a couple of years ago. Nicky and Hattie have a way of teaching that is direct, informative and really enjoyable. They are very reliable as a company and have never let me down for a lesson. The horses are their number one priority. After starting off on Milo (who taught me a lot), Nicky decided it was time to move on to Daffy, a horse who I would never have been confident enough to ride if it hadn’t of been for Nickys persistence with my riding. Now after a summer of riding Daffy with Hattie instructing, I can honestly say I wouldn’t dream of having lessons anywhere else.

If you want to learn to ride, this place is for you. Nicky and her team are friendly professionals who will make you feel welcome. Their horses are well looked after and trained. Nicky is very good at training and I can assure you that she will support you in achieving your goals; she is very direct, professional and friendly. I started my lessons in November 2021, private one to one lessons and I have not looked back since. I love the place and always look forward to my lessons each week.

My daughter started here a few months back. She has already progressed from the beginners group and will move up as soon as there is space available. All the people there are friendly and welcomed her and she even helps out on the weekends now which she thoroughly enjoys.
