I love this estate ,great location. So beautiful! So peaceful! And so easy to travel anywhere central with all the choices of buses . Also free parking for residents. Another added bonus great pubs in the village like the Flask and the Gate serving wonderful food. Highly recomand ! It was perfect during lockdown with all the parks around.

Amazing estate ,stunning views ,quiet community. fantastic location.Best estate in London.and only a short walk to the new shopping parade in Swains Lane in front of Hampstead heath .It is Fantastic there and so buzzy ,lovely café ,restaurants and great shops. Such an up and coming area.
