    Has this place changed management recently? It used to be pretty good but now it’s poor. How is it possible to prepare a kebab so slowly? Kebab meat was cold, dry and tough. Mine went straight into the bin after 2 mouthfuls. Best avoided for now. I hope you improve again soon.

    Placed order on their website, was accepted. I call them after expected delivery time elapsed just for an update. They mumble they couldn't do it, and hang up. If you can't fulfill an order just phone me to say you're going to have to cancel the order? Or ask if a delay is okay?
