When my husband died unexpectedly I felt so lost and confused and didn't know how to organise his funeral. I needn't have worried. Maggie was clearly busy but took the time to explain the whole procedure. We went over all my options. I chose a humanist service and cremation. Over tea and biscuits we put together a really beautiful order of service using photos of Bill as a child and as an adult. I chose some favourite songs. The evening before the service Maggie's partner Kevin called me to go over all the details. He wanted to make sure that everything would go smoothly, which it did. Bill's funeral was simple, loving and respectful. It meant everything to me that he was in the care of genuinely kind people.

Terrible. I went to find out information left very demoralized. The lady I spoke to was very rushed and unprofessional. She seemed all over the place. Although I had an appointment, she had no time to spare with me and getting information out of her on funeral plans was like pulling teeth. Such restless and tense attitude doesn't suit the figure of a professional funeral director.
