They initially fixed an ongoing problem with three of our oil boilers and then fitted a new one, all working perfectly. recently Hollie investigated and fixed a cylinder with a faulty heating element. One boiler engineer failed to resolve the issue and lost interest, another did not really bother. The third was Hollies heating, she stuck at it, driving a fair distance and resolved the issue. Which having spoken to others was a difficult one to detect. Its not so much she fixed the boiler , 0ne might expect that. - she actually cared that the issue was a challenging one.
