I had a reflexology session with Holli at the wonderful Space Therapies in Stirchley and I couldn't be happier with my experience! I was straight away made to feel really relaxed and at ease, I'd never had a proper reflexology treatment before and I was a little nervous as my feet are one of the few places where I am very ticklish, though the experience was made all the easier by the beautiful therapy room that we were in - and despite being located next to a busy high street, once I was laid down on the couch I want distracted at all. The music, the ambience, and most importantly, Holli's wonderful presence combined to give me a truly amazing reflexology treatment, my first and far from my last! Highly recommended, and I can't wait to go back and see Holli, for another reflexology session or one of the other treatments she offers!

I have been to Holli twice now. I first booked for a pregnancy massage at Space Therapies when I was 41 weeks pregnant. A little treat whilst waiting for baby to arrive. Holli was amazing from start to finish, including a little acupuncture/foot message to finish off the hour long treatment. The bed and pillow set up was supportive and Holli explained everything she would be doing, and how to lie comfortably on my side with a rather large bump! Her massage technique was spot on, giving my aching muscles the firm attention they needed whilst also leaving me feeling so relaxed. I came back for some much needed me time - after welcoming my little one into the world - my back and arms ached from carrying around a big baby(!) I again enjoyed a full body massage, Holli took real care and attention and really helped my aching body. I would highly recommend - I honestly described it to Holli as a little slice of heaven once she had finished. I definitely will be booking a third visit soon. (Emily Snelling)

I recently had an aromatherapy massage with Holli for the first time. I came away feeling so relaxed and well looked after. The feeling stayed with me for days. Holli is very knowledgable and experienced. She managed my health issues without fuss. Her setting was relaxing and her massage was amazing, firm (as l like it - but she checked if i’d prefer less pressure) and reassuring. I was supported to drift off into my own world. Days later I still felt I was experiencing the benefits of the massage. It was one of the best I have had in years and really got things moving internally. I would highly recommend Holli and I look forward to seeing her again soon. I’m so pleased to be able to access such a quality service here in Stirchley. I have lived here for 20 years and never felt like there was this kind of holistic therapy right on my doorstep before. Thank you Holli
