I am a tailor and have a business for many years in Australia. I am not happy with the quality of the fabric and the after sale service from this supplier. Purchased some fabric in June 2020, made up two suits for customers, customers worn the suits for six months and brought them back to me. They were all faded wherever exposed outside. Colour inside the lapels and under collars are different to the outside. Brought the problem back to Holland Sherry, they asked to send the jacket back so they can “lab test” it. They came back to me and the blame game started. They blamed the day cleaners, the customers exposed the suits excessively to the sun light... I asked them to return the jacket to my customers and it’s been 2 months I have not received the faded jacket back. This costs me the sale and those customers. Not happy at all and stoped using Holland Sherry from now.
