Recently travelled to this area from Sussex for Bird watching and wildlife photography found that Having paid the car park fee for up to 4 hours ,that the Bird hide was padlocked. Very Frustrating and Disappointed . A notice on the information board / a telephone number to ring for access would have been helpful.
