As a coffee shop in Brighton, we do really enjoy shopping from Holland Bazaar Croydon. Their products are always fresh and diverse. The delivery facility of them is very well planned. If you are giving your order on phone or online, Miss Zahide is always helpful. Even having an issue with like changing the orders, their team is very quick to respond. Quite professional! Highly recommended by the Simit Palace coffee shop team!

Disgusting customer service. Cowardly men. Took a damaged product and walked literally 5 steps outside to my car and noticed it was ripped. Went back inside to ask the change and this disgusting Turkish lady is arguing saying because we stepped outside (for 3 seconds) she won’t change it. Tried to tell her it either she changes this faulty product we bought which is £30 bag of rice or I never come back and the business misses out on £1000’s in the future. Low IQ decision as now I will never come back. She wasn’t willing to contact a manager or prove anything through CCTV. And the cowardly men standing nearby that work there need to grow a pair. No common sense.
