Hands down the best brownies I’ve ever tasted! I’m not usually a brownie fan as find them often too rich and dry and over-chocolatey, but these are just a bundle of deliciousness - unmistakably brownie with a rich but balanced flavour and perfect texture and consistency (not too dry or dense), with little surprises of pistachios and white chocolate chunks throughout. Pre-cut (for much needed portion control) and freeze-able, although mine won’t be around long enough for that! Mine were a surprise gift from a dear friend and came through the letterbox in cute as can be packaging. A delight to receive and enjoy 😊
