My boyfriend and I went to the holistic rehab centre. I was with Dianne and she helped with my neck pain and boyfriend with Gulielmo who helped with a football Injury. Both of them were so helpful, we felt a lot better afterwards. For me, the best and most important thing is, we didn’t have to sit it around for ages waiting for our appointment like we do at most places! Definitely recommend them both!

I'm only 30. I didn't want to accept the fact that I had already back problems (Naive). I work in central London, standing long hours and not moving aerobically as i should. Also, due to the nature of my job, I hardly have time to have visits and always procrastinated on my health (Foolish!). I found Holistic Rehab on google while searching for a good (and affordable) osteopath/chiro around here, in central London. I was prompted right to a FREE consultation (YAY!) as I wouldn't know where to start tbh. I think was Dianne on the phone, super kind! She then advised me to visit the clinic and have a first initial assessment. Can't describe the kindness and professionalism of the staff over there. Long story short, I came in half curved and went out feeling like new (unbelievably) If you have any back problem this is the place to go! Period!

Was able to pop down to this place during lunch hours which was super duper convenient for me as I usually don't have the time to make an appointment after work. After a thorough treatment of my neck and shoulders - I felt incredibly sleepy and relaxed (which wasn't ideal as I had to go back to work lol). The Osteopath was lovely enough to give me self care advice and exercises to do at work to reduce the tension I experience. May have to start making this a routine once a week! Can't wait to go back.
