Been coming here for the past couple years now and have always had absolutely lovely experiences with them. They're happy to answer any questions and guide you through all of the process and aftercare. Jenny in particular who did my last piercing was amazing at reassuring me, and looked after me when I felt faint afterwards. I just wanted to take the time out and give credit to this business because their services are excellent and staff are very genuine and accommodating. Initially I was very nervous, but I was listened to, and I was able to ask questions which they answered with ease, throughout. I had an appointment to discuss my future curation, my concerns and we also changed an existing piercing. Service is very sanitary and staff made sure to use gloves, wipes and continued to make sure I was comfortable. All in all staff are amazing and offer a very polite, knowledgeable, and comfortable service, and I can't wait to continue my journey with them. I definitely recommend to anyone. I have visited Holier Than Thou for jewelry changes previously and found them to be incredibly accommodating, so when I wanted some new additions to my ears, I couldn't wait to book in. In February I booked in to have a snug and a conch piercing. I opted to get them both done at the same appointment as I have had many piercings before, so felt comfortable with what to expect and after the care. Everyone I came into contact with during my appointment was so genuine, knowledgeable and friendly. The person working the front desk and the team members guiding people with their appointments were exceptional. Marcus was my piercer and I found them to be really calm, friendly and approachable - talking me through exactly what was happening and what to expect. A great experience! I have been back a couple of times for jewelry changes, and for a downsize. In between this I have also been able to obtain fantastic advice via Facebook messenger which has been appreciated.Thank you! I visited today to have my snug downsized with Sage. Once again, exceptional service from the team on the front desk, with Sage guiding me through the process and options with care and consideration. Cannot recommend this place enough, I can't wait to book my next appointment! The environment is open and welcoming, with a team who go above and beyond- what more could you ask for?!
