  I had to go with a taxi cause of a miscommunication from MTS Globe. Semt in the claim +taxi costs 3 times, have been in the chat for ages several times and the completely ignore me. I took several transfers with Holidaytaxis but still waiting for a feedback (actually just the taxi costs which I had to pay on top of the transfer costs) since March! Quite bad costumer service.....

I tried calling 4 times before someone finally answered the phone. Then there was only one car, which of course wasn't enough for the whole group, the other driver came 10 minutes later. For the second transport almost the same game, no second driver/no second car and again you had to make a phone call, then the driver was still in front of the wrong hotel. I find it absolutely incomprehensible, since I had booked everything beforehand, of course including the number of people, hotel address, etc. Next time prefer a normal taxi or Uber. (Original) Kann ich nicht empfehlen. Wir hatten einen Gruppentransfer vom Flughafen zum Hotel und einige Tage später zurück gebucht. Bei der Ankunft war kein Fahrer da. Ich habe 4 mal versucht anzurufen, bis endlich jemand ans Telefon ging. Dann war nur ein Auto da, was für die gesamte Gruppe natürlich nicht reichte, der andere Fahrer kam dann noch mal 10 Minuten später. Für den zweiten Transport fast das gleiche Spiel, kein zweiter Fahrer/kein zweites Auto und wieder musste man telefonieren, dann stand der Fahrer noch vor dem falschen Hotel. Finde ich absolut unverständlich, da ich vorher alles gebucht hatte, natürlich inklusive Personenanzahl, Hoteladresse etc. Nächstes Mal lieber ein normales Taxi oder Uber.

  DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Another review to confirm how awful they are! Arrived in Barcelona and after much searching eventually found the coach. The girl had my name in her ipad but the driver had no knowledge of us, he did agree to take us though ( good of him, since we had paid for it!). I then receive an email from the Company saying I had been a no show! I arrived at the designated pick up point the obligatory 10/15 minutes early and waited until 10 minutes past to call and ask where they were. Girl on the phone flat out lied to me saying the driver had turned up and waited but as I wasn't there he had left. Said the GPS showed he had been there. Then tells me I'll have to get my own way to the airport and ask for reimbursement! At that very moment the driver shows up! Useless, lying shower of incompetents. Will NEVER use them again.
