As a solo traveller, I was a little nervous about booking for myself but within 24 hours of contacting Nathalie she had found me a perfect my holiday, reasonably priced and cheaper than I had found it online which included my transfer and baggage. We used this company to book our flights to America & Canada earlier in the year. Jo found us a really good deal which we were delighted with. As like most people, we have been unable to travel and I have to say, Nathalie has gone out of her way to ensure we got our money refunded once the BA flight was cancelled.
