Got to test drive the car and take as long as I wanted to look over the car and see if it was what I wanted before committing. Kept informed of when the car would be ready. Nick delivered the car to the house, which was fantastic. Can’t recommend them enough. I recently bought a lovely Kia Rio from Nick at Thirsk Autocentre. The experience was one of the most straightforward and helpful I have ever had. Nick personally drove the car to my house to show it to me and allowed me to have a test drive. I loved it immediately it had lots of added features eg heated steering wheel, heated seats, electric roof etc. Nick was extremely personable and this was refreshing as he was not pushy and didn’t put me under any pressure to buy. It is rare to find genuine car salesmen these days but Nick is very knowledgable and trustworthy. I have already recommended him to my family and friends for his excellent service!
