    Amazing stay here Staff were super helpful and one in particular went the extra mile allowing my dairy intolerant daughter have a hot chocolate by taking the machine apart allowing her to have one without the added milk. One of the kindest gestures so thank you. I believe his name was Dan. The hotels clean, in a great location. Breakfast was good too! Thank you again.

    Dreadful.Receptionists seemingly unable to change one date for another with ample notice.Without cancelling the charge for the former booking.Due to their incompetence I'm not sure I'd even trust them to attempt a walk in using cash.If you enjoy spending ages on the phone getting nowhere slow,and a stressed filled evening on your pc then this is the hotel for you.

    I would recommend go elsewhere. Reference to below. Great location to go off site seeing, with fab view of the Spinnaker. The hotel lacked attention to detail the doors were damaged in the room and a large chip in the wall. As for the "English breakfast" lacked many ingredients. The Orange and Apple juice taste the same, why you may ask, is because its so watered down you may as well drink water. The later of the 2 really left a foul taste in my mouth for the trip.
