My experience with Hanna is not positive. She provided false info in medical notes. She rushed me, never explains things thoroughly just brushes them off with her everlasting chat about is it cold or warm outside. I explicitly asked if the treatment is doing anything to my jaws, and she said no. It turns out class III elastic bands that I was prescribed to wear push the lower jaw back - she got me in the wrong therapy without ever discussing its goals with me, wrote in medical records that I asked for that, which is impossible since I am not an orthodontist... if it was so I could do the treatment all by myself. My bite is off, I have TMD issues now. She would talk about weather, provide external superficial signs of affection like a touch, enquire about your family, pay a cheap compliment ("Some people would kill for your lips"), but will never discuss your therapy or address your questions as a professional. I have lost time, money, nerves and have to look for help elsewhere.

I can’t recommend Dr Savan Shah enough. I followed Dr Sav on instagram for a while, admiring the work he does but cautious to take the plunge because of my fear of the dentist. After seeing one particular post, I made the leap and it was the best decision I made - my only regret is that I didn’t do it sooner. After Invisalign, whitening and some crown work, I have the smile I’ve always dreamed of. I smile with an open mouth for photos, something which I’d been very cautious of doing for years and I’ve received nothing but compliments on my teeth. Sav has not only gave me the perfect smile, but he’s also given me my confidence back; something I can never say thank you enough for. Throughout the whole process, Sav has been there to answer any queries and was open and honest about the whole treatment plan, including the cost and how long it was going to take. The environment at Holford Dental Clinic was also calming, and the reception team always so polite and welcoming. If you’re wondering whether to get in touch with Dr Sav - do it. It’ll be the best decision you’ll make when it comes to your teeth. Thank you again to all of the team, and for Sav for giving me the perfect smile!
