Absolutely OUTSTANDING customer service from Emma and Louis! I have phoned up Holeshot Motocross with the big service request form my KTM 1190 Adventure. They have provided me all information, followed by email confirmation, price etc.. It was nice and smooth. When I have arrived I had warm welcoming, they have provided me a courtesy bike (I have pre-booked it) as the service would take all day if not over night (as they told me) as the engine needs to cool down for accurate valve clearance check - a sign of good service and care about the quality of work! When I have collected the bike I was informed about all work carried out (no valve adjustment were needed), there was some advisory on one of the bike elements and it was again so smooth and pleasant. A real family business feel to it when they show their pride in their business and also they value their customer. I felt that my and my bike were well looked after in no rushed manner. I have to say that after 20 years of biking in the UK and owning numerous motorcycles this was by far the best customer experience. Thank you Emma and the Team!

I knew what i wanted and everything was sorted for me quickly and efficiently from the first phonecall to the help loading my new bike less than 24 hours later i was squared away in no time.

I agree the staff were polite but we agreed a rough price on part exchange and on arrival they tell me my bike needs a piston and bearings and back tire which I totally understand but offering me a thousand pound for my 2021 husky against the ktm 450 2020 was an insult and they new I just travelled 2 hours so I was left in a very awkward position because my son was expecting the KTM for his birthday the following week and he was with me when we chose this bike so I now had to find the full amount for the ktm , long story short I purchased the ktm and kept my son’s husky so I decided to have them serviced, now surprise surprise the husky after being looked at by a main dealership did not need a pistol and after looking into the ktm I was very disappointed to see it needed oil change, filters and seals on the front forks so I find it hard to believe that they serviced this bike as they promised they do to all there bikes
