Really helpful, I had a leak from my bath which was going in to the flat below, Wasim was really helpful. I called up, and he explained what to do. After sending a video of the leak, he explained how to fix it as something had came loose Sorted within an hour, really friendly, quick responses, I would definitely recommend and use again.
