Holdens, on Blackburn Road, Edgworth, champions a reputation which extends way beyond Edgworth, not least for its tremendous ice cream which people are prepared to queue for. Do not be a stranger, and if you are walking a circular route from Turton Tower be sure to plan some time for a rendezvous with Holdens' ice cream!

Nice tasting ice cream. However, £3 for 1 scoop is expensive. I couldn't see any prices displayed which isn't helpful. Small portion. Sorry but I wouldn't visit again. There are lots of other options.
