I visited Holden Volvo to look at a new car . I ended up test driving a nearly new one that was immediately available . I drove the car home and was extremely impressed with the quality . Steve Wright was professional and efficient . He answered all my questions. A couple of very minor issues with the car were sorted out without any delay and I was given a nice demonstrator to drive . Having owned similar size BMWs, Mercedes and Nissan cars I feel that this XC60 is the best car I’ve owned .

Having ran a 'competition', as to what car we wanted, my wife and I decided on a Volvo V60 II D4 Inscription Plus. Over the weekend 20/21 May 23, we saw the car of our choice at Holden Volvo, Norwich (some 270 miles distant from our house). On the Monday we decided we would like to go for it. I rang Holden and talked to Alex Pickering. Holden weren't able to accommodate a customer turning up and driving away and I didn't want to make the journey twice. However, Alex kindly offered a suitable compromise: I delayed turning up until the Wednesday and then I could turn up and drive away; this was agreeable and what I did. This gave Holden time to valet the vehicle and the paperwork sorted. In the meantime, Alex produced a personalised video that was so well produced my wife disseminated it to friends and family. He also kept me informed of developments. On the Wednesday I turned up and I had Alex's undivided attention with the paperwork and a comprehensive test drive. Throughout, Alex didn't put a foot wrong, being attentive, patient and loyal to both Holden Volvo and me, the customer. He deserves 10 out of 5 stars! Holden, however, should look carefully so as to simplify its procedures; I appreciate there is a difference between selling a vehicle privately and commercially, but Holden makes it painful with an Amazonian rain-forest of forms to be completed. You're selling cars, not international trade agreements.

Picked up my new car today and the whole experience was faultless, from start to finish i was kept informed of how things where progressing and today when I picked up my car the sales consultant, Peter Mathews took time to complete all the paperwork for me and walk me through all the controls of the new car and answer any questions I had . All in all a excellent and first class service. And the car? Absolutely superb 👍

This was our first experience in dealing with Holden Volvo, and despite ordering the vehicle online from Volvo and not specifically though this dealership the service has been exemplary from the start. Being local, we were aware of the presence of the Holden group in Norwich and I was aware they have a good reputation in the area from family members but I was still pleasantly surprised. I cannot recommend them highly enough; everyone has been so helpful and friendly and we dealt with Ed who was great at updating us on the progress of our order, providing video updates when the vehicle arrived and he was especially thorough and patient with our vehicle handover, ensuring we were completely happy with the way an EV works and provided some great vehicle specific advice before leaving. He tried to understand our specific needs in the initial setting up our vehicle (and kindly did this all for us) and we've driven away with something that is just perfect for us (stunning actually!). I was expecting a competent level of service but this surpassed my expectations in every way. Very happy all round, I will be highly recommending to my friends, family and colleagues. I cannot imagine anyone having a negative experience here.
