Great customer service. I enquired about a ride on brush cutter on Saturday 24th August. They had sold the last one but said they would contact the supplier first thing Tuesday morning as Monday was a bank holiday. I was called as promised by 10am on the Tuesday to let me know the supplier had 2 left in stock so I ordered one. The machine was then delivered to me the very next day and the friendly delivery guy (Nigel) gave me a demo and tutorial on how to operate the machine. So few companies provide this level of service these days. Well done Holden's, keep up the good work.

I cannot recommend this firm enough. I phoned them to book a service but was informed they had a five week turn around. However, they invited me to pop in the next day to look at the job and book it in. I did this and within twenty minutes they had replaced a handle and a cable there and then!!👏👏👍👍Helpful, friendly and professional. I have just purchased a new Countax C60 from James Holden and I have to say, the service was outstanding from start to finish. The delivery driver took plenty of time to explain all the controls and was extremely friendly and polite, a real credit to the company.
