Once we had started the process of putting in an offer and all the steps that follow, no question was dismissed or belittled, only friendly and helpful advice came our way. From start to finish, the service from Holden with our sale and purchase was outstanding. From Amy in the office to Darryl, Phil and Ryan, we were looked after throughout the lengthy process and would recommend without a second thought. Without Phil behind the reins, the deal would have completely fallen through and we wouldn't be where we are today. Phil went above and beyond to push our sale through but more importantly the purchase, which was made increasingly more challenging due to someone within the chain being extremely difficult. Phil managed to resolve and make sure all parties got what they wanted and without the hard work he put in, as well as further support from his team, I don't believe our move would have happened.

Amy was great and very patient whilst we waited for a never ending probate process to complete. Multiple visits for builders to give quotes, way before exchange, were facilitated and all in all, a really really good service. Even got a welcome pack for my new house when we eventually got probate (9mths later)...never had a welcome pack before, so a lovely touch. Amy is a credit to the estate agency business, which as we all know, doesn't have a good reputation! She even cleared out some rubbish left behind by the sellers! Awesome

From meeting Phil for the first time, he was very professional and polite, and come across very friendly, and explained every process clearly which put us both at ease.
