Would have made this 0 stars if I could have done. For anyone who may have a loved one in there or may have a loved one going in there.. please be aware of this, my nan who has dementia both alzheimer's and vascular is in there which was never a issue until now. My nan went into the hospital on the 4th of December 2021, yesterday was the 10th of December 2021 the day I found out that the local hospital had my nan and is still treating her. This care home failed to let my mum know when my nan was going into hospital despite having my mum's contact details which was given over when my nan first went in there back in September.
