Well what can I say… the team at Holbrooks Motor's are amazing!! Whatever the issues or needs I have with my car, nothing is ever too much trouble and they are so accommodating even with advice over the phone. So on my recent visit, I took my car in for a check as I was having issues with changing to 2nd gear, it was a struggle and crunching. I was convinced it would need a new gear box and dreaded the outcome let alone the cost. After a couple of checks and options of possible causes, the diagnosis came… an issue with the earthing cable ( previously fixed by a recovery firm a few days earlier) was hanging low which had impacted on the gears functioning smoothly… issue was fixed in half an hour there and then! Much to my relief and saving me a few hundreds of pounds not needing a new gear box!! I cannot thank the team enough!! Will not go anywhere else, service and workmanship impeccable! 5 stars!!!!
