Used a few skips from this company not a problem until the 4th one I had taken away they left a big dent & cracked blocks at the end of my block paved drive from one of the feet from the lorry that they clamp down while lifting. They say they put the timbers down to protect but I beg to differ as a there was no damage after the previous skips (same weight) so they’ve obviously done something differently. When I rang up the woman seemed to be trying to do her best but she then put me through to the guy who I’m assuming was in charge, he was being difficult taking no responsibility and blaming it on the people who layed my drive, (who are by the way a professional well known, and well established company) I was able to get a refund for the last skip in the end but am still left with a damaged drive so still unhappy to be honest, don’t bother using if you value your drive, they’ll just damage it and drive off
