My son leaves for uni overseas in 3 weeks and had his haircut yesterday. He was specific in his requirement. But ended up being shaved to a few millimetres all over! Not what he wanted or requested - he was given a discount. However is terribly upset and refuses to take his baseball cap off. I had wanted a nice family photograph before he left. But this had ruined it. Absolutely devastated.
