Fantastic experience. I bought my dream car from Hofmanns (used BMW M car) and it's been fantastic ever since. Chris is a proper enthusiast and is by far the most polite and helpful car salesman I've met. Being on the younger side wasn't a problem with a test drive and his service showed no age discrimination. He even let me have a look underneath the car in the workshop to put my mind at ease about corrosion.

I bought my Lotus Evora from Hofmanns a few years ago and gave my promise that I will bring it back to them for servicing. I travel down from North London every year to get it done, but my given promise is not the only reason I come back, most importantly it is their helpfulness and honesty. Joe is very thorough and if I have any problems he takes his time and effort to find the right answer and solution. The team tell me honestly what needs to be done and what doesn’t so I don’t spend more money than effectively needed, which over the years does add up. Tony the Lotus engineer is amazing and always delivered on the jobs at hand reliably.
