My agency sent me here because its local. I had 10 yrs experience on a forklift but couldn't work with the people. The job itself is ok but the management is terrible. No communication whatsoever and Gregg is the worst, his training is bad. The eastern Europeans can't speak English and it makes teamwork near impossible. The truth is, they can't find good people to work there. Good company, good job, bad management, no communication, no teamwork. A very unhappy place to work. Sad but true.
