Andy has installed a new combi boiler for me this week, along with the removal of an emersion heater and water tank from the loft. Andy turned up to quote when he said he was going to, quoted when he said he was going to and turned up for the job on the day he said he was going to. Andy was responsive to a last minute change requested by me the day before he started. He was neat and tidy with his work and very polite and easy to talk to. He is hands down the best tradesmen of any type that I have used before. His reliability and honesty alone is worth its weight in gold. If I could give a 6 star review, I would. Will definitely use him again and would highly recommend to others. Service: Water heater installation

I booked Andy to service my central heating boiler and gas fire, which he did a month ago. Very pleasant guy and he carried out the work asked for. However, whilst taking payment on the day (27/1), he has still not provided me with the requested confirmation that the boiler and fire are in safe working order. This had been specifically requested when I booked him. Happy to update this review once this confirmation and invoice is received.

My (very old) boiler finally packed in a couple of weeks ago. I was able to source a brand new discounted boiler that Andy was happy to install for me (other plumbers can be picky about installing boilers they have not sourced). Andy was able to come out really quickly and did a really good job. He advised on various things such as a filter to protect and maintain my boiler which he went out to get. I was totally unaware of this and it hadn't been raised or advised by the supplier as something pretty important to have. Andy also needed to brick up my wall which he did a good job of. Overall I was really pleased with the service received by Andy and his approachable, friendly, yet professional manner. He talked me through everything every step of the way. Thanks Andy :-)
