I was sent to this surgery when Babylon medical pulled out of Birmingham. I don’t use doctors often but after calling last night to be told to cal this morning doe appointment and trying to get through for the last 40 minutes to be told there’s no appointments and try again tomorrow!! Not good enough hosgejill and don’t tell me to book online as that’s also showing no appointment

I would not even give 1 star 417 times i rang today for my 6 year old and when they answer no appointment and then she has cheek to say ring back tomorrow or go to another surgery and if that was not bad enough cuts the phone off. THE WORST SURGERY AND RECEPTIONIST its vile that they have give no importance to any people and esp when you have a sick child in pain a bloody receptionist telling you NOOO and cuts you off
