Thank you for your email yesterday regarding my annual dental check up with Priyal Shah. I would like to say I was greeted by the Dental nurse who was lovely and bubbly and asked me how I was today. This was lovely as it made me feel comfortable and relaxed as I always feel very nervous at the dentist through past bad experiences at another dental surgery. (Please pass this onto the lovely dental nurse) I was greeted with a big smile from Priyal as she is always so wonderful and knows about my past. She always explains everything clearly and makes me feel Really relaxed. I had a great experience yesterday and my teeth and gums are ok and I walked out with a big smile and relief all was ok. I have been suffering from TMJ with severe pain and Priyal diagnosed my condition and referred me to the hospital where I have been having excellent treatment on my jaw as it’s been over 2 years now. So a BIG Thank You to Priyal as my condition is stable at the moment. I would also like to say my husband was in a lot of pain with a broken tooth and was on the waiting list to be a patient and I called up and asked if he could be seen and Priyal Really looked after him and I am so happy about his experience. We are both so happy with you all and all who work at your dental practice as the receptionists are also so kind and helpful. Thank you to you all and especially Priyal.

I’m SO glad I found this dental surgery. The very skilful, kind Dr Soheyl Saadat and his wonderful, friendly Dental Nurse, Jackie, were so kind, gentle, professional and very thorough. Dr. Saadat’s surgical process, dealing with a broken tooth, new crown and difficult root canal situation, was a very positive experience. If you’re nervous about root canal treatment, don’t be. I would go back in a heartbeat, which is quite a statement from someone who was previously extremely nervous of dental treatment. Thank you Dr. Saadat and Jackie. The reception staff are very professional and friendly, and the surgery is in a really convenient, accessible spot.
