We got married here last July and couldn't of chosen a better venue. The house and and gardens are beautiful. Richard was brilliant and very accommodating when some things didn't quite go to plan. We knew as soon as we viewed the venue it had to be there, and had an awesome day (apart from 40 plus degree heat). Everyone we spoke to commented on how beautiful the venue was. Being able to have the wedding ceremony outside, under the pergola was amazing exactly what we wanted. Would highly recommend Hockwold Hall, thank you. Rob and Becky

I was disappointed with our wedding planning at Hockwold hall. Richard said we could have it the way we wanted but often we felt unheard. They also saved our wrong email so we got no follow up/updates. It ended in after asking many questions near the need with multiple answers and then lots of last minute planning which was the last thing we wanted. We felt very unvalued and that we were one in 100’s of delayed covid weddings, when we booked we were told all wedding were unique, it did not feel that way. The grounds are beautiful and the lady who ran the day (Marie) was wonderful.

WOW! We had our wedding here in April and we could not have picked a more perfect place. We managed to have nice weather and got to have our ceremony outside which was breathtaking. Every single guest I spoke to said that this was the most amazing venue they’d ever attended for a wedding. All of the staff were so attentive and made sure we were enjoying ourselves and went above and beyond to ensure our day went smoothly. The bridal suite where I got ready in the morning was so sweet and as soon as me and my bridal party walked in and saw it just set the precedent for the day. Outside grounds were just beautiful and the marquee was decorated so well it could not have been any better. I can’t thank Richard and the team enough for making our day everything we thought it would be and more.
