Took 2 watches in that needed new batteries. I had been quoted £15 and £20 each at another shop. The owner not only replaced the batteries he also repaired the safety catch on one of the watches which had become damaged whilst at work. He actually went out his way to explain what had been damaged and the consequences. He charged me £10 for the 2 batteries and said the repairs were on the house. I offered him a tip but he refused and thanked me for my custom. What a wonderful man and I will be back with more watches. Thank you Shockley Watch Centre.
