Had a similar experience to the previous poster. Took my toddler son for a hair cut, which is daunting for any parent. The barber was incredibly rude and arrogant. He acted as if we were getting on his nerves when we asked for advice. It’s not like there’s a shortage of barber shops in Stortford so service is important. AVOID this place. Would give no stars if I could.

Took my 2 year old son for his first time cut. Poor customer service, arrogant staff. Didn't even give a brush to clear hair in clothing. Didn't even finish to cut the hair and paid full price. I understand that children can be hard work to have the hair cut but if dont have the patience to do it , then why do it? Was 1st time there and the last.
