Facilities are fantastic, especially after the update. You can still watch the sports if you want in the comfort from the bar seating but you can tell they put kids at the centre of who they cater for and it shows, it’s just so accessible for the family - which is great with it being a family destination. Food is as good as you’d expect given the large number they can cater for, the kids love it and the variety means you can have something of what you fancy. They bend over backwards to fix something if it’s wrong, given the turnover of staff at these places I have to say it’s run quite smoothly. Don’t get me wrong, adults can enjoy the park too. Before we had the little one my partner and I came down frequently and had an amazing time. The park itself is so nice and relaxing, the location is perfect with access to amazing new forest walks with the dog and the surrounding towns make great trips out. It pretty much has its own private beach with the access to the bay by the lower gate, the little nature reserve is adorable - especially when the bunnies are out. Every time I’ve been down I’ve seen locals surfing so you might even catch a wave or two while you’re down here. Takeaways in the area also know how to deliver in the complicated network of roads - what comprehensive can you ask for?!

Absolutely love this place! We had a chalet for many years until it had to be knocked down since they were going to build new ones, which I understand because our chalet was getting very old. Staff and food are amazing. Very entertaining for children. If your child brings your member pass, they can go swimming for free any day and by themselves - We were very upset that our Hoburne holidays were coming to an end but the manager was so kind and offered us an extra year before they knocked it down. Sorry for the long message, I could go on for ages about this place!
