Their customer service is outstanding, as it’s been around 15 years since I’ve used a professional printing service. They explained what format I needed via email. I had a couple of phone conversations, whilst I ironed out my knowledge gaps . Had my prints mounted & a bound book created. The quality is outstanding. The turnaround was within hours from walking in the shop to leaving feeling fully satisfied leaving with exactly what I wanted. Thanks Joe
