Yesterday afternoon my machine (Brother 650e) failed. It had been on the blink for a few days, but I hoped it would last until after Christmas, but alas no. I rang and spoke to an engineer who, after a few questions identified the issue as best he could over the phone and suggested a new part. He then took it up to the office who after taking payment ensured it was in that days post. Half ten this morning the part arrived and after running off a couple of pieces to check all was OK, I am back up and running. First class service, knowledgeable engineers with excellent support and office staff!
