Worst experience ever on returns policy , Dealer in Grimsby Calor gas refused credit return on bottle as i didn’t have paperwork, but they have duplicates, Called head office no help whatsoever , I said this makes the bottle valueless to me and may as well be scrapped but to be told I was being funny, I didn’t think it was funny 🤔 Far better and cheaper on contract with Energas,

Gas is good but had a few issues with acetalyn bottles not filled correctly. Also my local supplier now has no ETA for acetalyn bottles and had none for months. It's not a very good service at all. It's all very well not having to pay rent but if you can't get full ones it's not much use!!!

I have used their gas for a couple of years and it is great. The bottle size is sufficient for my needs and being rent free is ideal as I only really use my welder to fix broken parts and during the winter rebuild season. I have however found an issue where they won't resupply my local shop till they have enough empty bottles to replenish. As a result they have had no Argon for over 3 months which is really poor. I'm only keeping the rating this high as the product is otherwise very good.
