I went to collect a click and collect order, and was a little bit early, because I was in a rush! Fran was extremely rude to me infront of other customers, shouting at me across the queue to tell me it would be ages and I might as well go and shop and then come back. However the other lady was great and really polite and apologise for her colleague being so rude (ginger lady with nose ring). In a store where I can see customer service is so key, this has really disappointed me. I normally use the Woking branch but certainly won’t be returning to this branch after that experience. I understand people can have bad days, but there was no need for Fran to take this out on me!

Not very well stocked in the baking department unfortunately. I came away without the piping nozzles I needed, but did manage to find the coloured fondant. The lady behind the till was really lovely though, very polite and friendly 🌟
