Oh dear, I really don't see how this place is still going. It feels like an empty husk compared to 13 years ago when it first opened on the Purley way. It has a very poor selection of craft materials npw and is expensive for what they do still sell. You'd be better off going to the works or amazon for your craft materials. As for the atmosphere, well, it feels miserable in there, no joy, just depressing.
