They don’t refund!!! I bought two plastic storage box, but unfortunately doesn’t fit my space. I went back on the same day, they said they only can offer credit note because they can’t make sure the box is used or not. And every staffs said that they already remind me “exchange only and no refund” when I purchased, but actually they never remind. This store cannot be trusted at all.

I love supporting local but I do not support racism. Don’t walk around while being black here. They will follow you around like a common criminal! Always sad when one group of colour oppresses the other. Also all the staff are pervs. First they profile me, then objectify me. Sad. I’ll shop online. RESPONSE TO BUSINESS: It was definitely your shop. I came where because the staff at the other shop a few doors down were rude (I also left them a review). Not a great response by the way, trying to push blame onto others. I know what happened, I visited your shop and after browsing for 5mins, I noticed your staff member watching and following me around, like some common criminal. NEWS FLASH: Not al black people steal! I’m just going to buy my craft supplies online now.
