Lovely lady runs this shop and she always has a lovely way dealing with customers. She is especially kind to my child when ever I manage to pop in who has special needs which I am so greatful for as not many would be as kind or understanding. Friendly on phone and helpfull. But met with Mick today he stated he has not got the equipment to print a transfer on Ties and the print cannot be done. Not a good experience and a waste of time .
