What a disgrace!!! The shop was filthy the staff were worst than useless!! We got showed literally 1 pair of shoes an thag was it.Very disappointed!!! I worked there years ago when Timothy hoad owend it he would be totally disgusted if he saw it today!!!

Disappointing, was looked at like I was an alien when I explained, I was there for an appt feet where measured in approx 9 seconds and only two pairs in the whole shop in his size. Staff member had no idea if any more sizes were going to be delivered to be honest I question if she even knew where she was.

It felt like it was bit of an inconvenience serving us today in the store in Sevenoaks, not the first time. I had to interrupt the teenage staff member on their mobile phone for some service. Very little stock in store school shoe wise for 8 years olds girls. 3 or 4 choices were available, and very few size options of the same.

I booked online. Went to my appointment today and it was so busy I couldn't tell anyone we were there. All areas where full of people so we left. I have tried to make a complaint but the email address on the website doesn't work. People were queueing out the door, and still arriving. There was no room for distancing and plenty of customers with no masks. I felt for your staff. There clearly weren't enough of them and little regard for their safety during a pandemic. This was our first visit. We'll stick to Clarks I think.

I'm not from the area, but have visited twice in the last two years and both times have been the same poor customer service. Today, I hadn't made an appointment, but seeing that there was no one in the shop, I thought I'd ask to be let in with my kid. I thought they'd be glad for the business, but the two other staff didn't look up from their phones when we entered. There was almost no choice for running shoes, which they explained was due to Covid. Fair enough, but when I said that I was after running shoes specifically and would have to go elsewhere, the young lady only then offered to get all the running shoes out the back from last year. Yes, I would like to look at what you have as I'm here to buy shoes, I thought! The young lady that served us was nice and measured my son for his shoes and was informative, but overall, I just felt unwelcome from the atmosphere, like I was impinging on some bored youths' phone time.
