Some staff are racist ,I survived racist attack ,when I complained to CEO ,they all come to defend their employee ,it was a hate crime ,I was attacked for being a Muslim volunteer,I faced this attack on multiple occasions but didn't complain as I was desperate to take part in clinical trials,I have done more than 11 trials there but when I speak up about the practice there ,I was no more allowed to take part in trials,

I've done about 4 trials here and my experience has always been positive. The doctors, screening staff and trial technicians are all friendly and nice. The new staff seem well supported and the customer service is great in my opinion. Its not a 5 star hotel so I don't know what people expect but it's a great place to do a trial.

All staffs are nice & friendly, I’ve always got help or answers whenever I asked. My Veins aren’t that clear, so when taking the blood samples by needles, I always request a Japanese/Chinese nurses 🤣 they have more experience on that. The payments normally transferred to my bank account within a week after complete the follow up visits. It feels good to get paid by helping medical trails

I have participated in a few trials here over the years aswell as for other companies. This is probably the best place. Good food, quite laid back and you can get on with any work etc on your laptop, make friends and even play pool plus board games etc.
